400:seconds was born out of passion. And frustration.
I love to write but as a wanna-be journalist, it seems nobody wants to publish stories about morgues, ghost hunters, S&M mistresses and lost letters. At least not my stuff.
So screw it! Instead of having to justify my stories with a news hook or write to suit a certain kind of audience I'm just going to write what I want.
I'm not trying to save the world and I by no means am claiming to be doing something new or innovative, let alone writing it. I'm just curious about what people do, how they live, and how they keep the world spinning.
All I can offer you is a peephole to look through to, perhaps, catch a glimpse of a world you haven't seen before.
Some articles on this site might take you more than 400 seconds to read. Hopefully you'll enjoy them so much you won't be counting!
Cheers,

The crew
