You hear strange noises. You put you ear to the door. Nothing. Should you look through the peephole? You're afraid of what you might see. You're heart is pounding in your chest. But you can't turn away. Look through the peephole. Go on! You know you want to...

Sex is everywhere, but it's all fake. We all walk around like porn stars pretending we're doing it at least ten times a day. But hidden away in our bedrooms are clumsy touches, wet kisses and something that advertising and faux movie sex can't capture - intimacy.
Spice
takes you into the world of sex and relationships. Ironically, we found it can be a really lonely place.

On the internet, in confessionals, in hushed whispers on a school bus; secrets float through the air waiting to be found, heard and forgiven. Whether you stole change from your mother's purse, had an affair with your best friend's boyfriend or poisoned the neighbour's tree to get a better view, we all keep things hidden away deep within ourselves.

Do we keep these secrets because we are ashamed, embarrassed, guilty or even fearful? Maybe it's that all these secrets we keep inside, slowly eating away at us, remind us that we're not perfect and that we never will be.

Will setting the secrets free make us feel better and allow us to find the redemption or the acceptance we're looking for? Maybe, maybe not. It's the chance you take when you reveal a secret.

More often than not people tend to grumble about Christmas. Spending all that money on useless presents, cooking a ridiculously big feast to be enjoyed over and over again for days, having to spend compulsory family time in front of the television watching the same B-grade Christmas movies they show every year.

You should be so lucky! In Australia the Salvation Army alone helps out over 300,000 people at Christmas time. They provide Christmas lunch to 8,000 people across the country in addition to delivering toys and hampers to hundreds of thousands of Australians who can't have a special dinner with their family or give their children presents.

If nothing else, Christmas is a great time of year to remember how lucky we are to have what we have and enjoy time with family and friends. You can be a bitter old Scrooge and baa-humbug Christmas or you can get off your arse and do something about it, whether that be sending the office loner a Christmas card, buying a toy and donating it to a charity, or helping them pack hampers. Some people actually like Christmas and they deserve to celebrate it.

I hope this issue helps thaw some cold hearts.

Have a great Christmas everyone!

We moan about it, dream about it, and define ourselves by it - work is a huge part of our lives. While we sit in our little grey cubicles typing away inanities, we count the minutes until the weekend, the days until long weekends and the months until holidays. And yet, the majority of us spend most of our time thinking about work, socialising with work colleagues, and building our self-worth and status on what we do for a living.

Clearly it's not just about the money is it? Obviously the aim is to make money doing something you love but what happens if you get to that place only to discover that your passion starts to feel to much like work? Maybe it's not work that's the problem. Maybe it's the little grey cubicles that make us want to escape!
